Horrible service from Luigis Pizza. I normally don’t leave reviews, nor do I ever complain but I felt like this experience definitely deserved a poor review. I was so excited to try this local pizza place (I’m from WI), I called and placed an order for a large pizza with Alfredo sauce, cheese and chicken. We visited Gatlinburg from Ohio for 4th of July weekend and wanted to eat pizza before we watched the fireworks. My sister and I walked in and asked how long the wait for 10 people would be and were told there would be no wait. They had 4 or 5 tables filled but that’s it. called in an order for 1 pizza and 1 order of jalapeno poppers, we were told 30 minutes. so since we were staying just on the other end of the parkway, we decided to drive down and park behind the business and wait until it was time to pick it up. 30 minutes passed, my husband walked up to go in and get it and was told "it's not ready yet", and nothing more. he waited inside for an additional 20 minutes before he was given our food. considering we waited nearly an hour, one would expect the food to be hot and fresh. however ... read more
Ordered a large pizza when it got delivered it was very small. Not very good. A 2 liter drink and an order of cheesesticks. $44.00. I swear for that price it should have been outstanding but it was trash. Only thing going for this place is it’s the only thing open in Gatlinburg after everything else closes.
Does not keep people safe.
they were busy for a monday night...1.5 hour delivery wait. our pizza was burnt, hard crust & our breadsticks were way over cooked. not worth the $45 it cost!
Sitting in here as I’m writing this review. This pizza is some of the BEST pizza I’ve eaten!! We were greeted by a friendly server and received our drinks in a timely fashion. We ordered a jumbo pizza, half cheese, half pepperoni and it came out within 15/20 min of ordering. I 100% recommend this place. Happy for good pizza!
They are charging a 20% Covid 19 charge and none of the staff have the common sense to wear a mask. They also charge an additional $1.00 charge for take out.
