Never recieved our order. Called and was rudely told it had already left the store. It did not show up and the phones were not answered after being hung up on. Worst customer service and no food. Will share this story with everyone I meet who likes to visit Gatlinburg. Never again.
ordered pepperoni pizza a side salad and 6 wings was way over priced but hey we ordered bc we were done driving and they delivered. The pizza was burnt and had to scrape off the toppings and eat what could. the wings were super soggy and mushy everyone was scared the even taste them they looked really weird white and dark brown on the cooked outside. the salad was hot and who eats hot lettuce. very very disappointed please do not waste your money here!

Just tried Luigi’s Pizzeria for the first time after many visits to Gatlinburg. We ordered it for takeout so I can’t comment on the service. I will say the place was packed and the servers seemed very attentive. The pizza was SOOOO good! We will definitely be ordering again before we leave and probably every time we come back on vacation. We always make a point to visit Luigis when we come to Gatlinburg. The pizza’s are delicious! The ingredients are fresh and a good value. We had the Chicken Parm and the meatball sub this visit. WOW!! The chicken parm is huge so make sure to bring your appetite! Thick sauce, lots of cheese and perfectly cooked! Will definitely order this again! The meatball sub was a hit! Large meaty meatballs and the bread was super yummy! This is a must visit place. The exterior is very unassuming so don’t let that deter you!
