RecommendedI drove delivery for Luigi's for over 6 years and I'm a personal friend of Lou Bilotto. Ever since I moved to New York State I've been looking for a pizza place as awesome as Luigi's. I am still searching.
Fantastic anti pasta dinner salads. My spaghetti with meatball & sausage was great. Marilyn’s chicken fettuccine Alfredo was okay but needed some spices to up the flavor. I’d come here once a month if I lived here... �
Ordered pizza for delivery on Sunday night waited over 1 1/2 hours to get a cold pizza not made as requested. Manager was rude and dismissive on the phone with a boatload of excuses. GO ELSEWHERE!!!
They have amazing food and drinks but the only issue i have is getting ahold of them when calling to order. It either keeps ringing or goes to a busy tone. Is the number listed the right number?
Quality of food means nothing when all your employees are rude. An employee should NEVER treat a paying customer like they're stupid. They also shouldn't chase someone down asking if they paid for a soda. How about getting different colored cups? Maybe some lessons on customer service should come first.

Loved the pizza as always. Not impressed with the fact they only have 2 disabled parking spots. Was there the other night and some idiot parked his big truck across both spots so had to park on other side of parking lot. Not right disabled daughter had to cross the lot but spoke with employee and she took care of it. The guy moved his truck into 1 spot. Please add a few more disabled spots !
