I ordered a pizza for delivery .They said it would take an hour and a half What My complaint is the ingredients I ordered was not all on it but paid for it .My pizza was ***** on and under the crust on some of it ..Also Not even Warm. It looked and tasted like it sat waiting to be delivered the hour and half to get here .I called Luigis and they said call back Sunday to talk to owner .Not interested and brush you off. Sat in the parking lot for over an HOUR. Was told 3x 15 more minutes. The owner is a little POS . NEVER RECOMMEND THAT PLACE FOR ANYTHING. And the food is mediocre at BEST.
They never answer their phone.

Seriously great service and a relaxed as well as family friendly atmosphere. Definitely must note that the portions are GIANT and the specials menu can't be beat! We normally only order for delivery but I enjoyed my dine in experience this evening and definitely will be back.
I think the salad is the best salad in Red Bluff and it goes with any of the meals.
