Luigi's originated in 1984 in Clymer, PA a small community in Indiana County. The Clymer location was originally a tavern. William "Skip" Tate along with two of his sons, Louis and Edward, decided to buy the building and introduce an Italian menu to the area. With no prior restaurant experience, Louis and Edward were blessed with the help and guidance of their father, Skip and Mother, Barbara. We love everything about Luigi’s! We can sometimes eat in but mostly take out from the restaurant or the pizzeria!
We just ate here again last night, and, as usual, everything was good. But our favorite part of the meal happened to be the interaction with the owner. He always comes around and greets each table which makes people feel valued as customers. He also went above and beyond for our children making their meal extra special. We really enjoy eating here and would recommend it to anyone.
Stuffed peppers are the best. Had steak salad today - yum Also dessert & steak salad to go. Great service!
