Luigi's originated in 1984 in Clymer, PA a small community in Indiana County. The Clymer location was originally a tavern. William "Skip" Tate along with two of his sons, Louis and Edward, decided to buy the building and introduce an Italian menu to the area. With no prior restaurant experience, Louis and Edward were blessed with the help and guidance of their father, Skip and Mother, Barbara. My dad and I always wanted to stop here on the way to the Cookport fair. One year we did, and it was good food. Glad you guys got back on your feet after the fire!
Our cousins "up the street" (in Clymer) and "a few towns over" (in DuBois) know how to put together a REAL homemade Italian dish! We highly recommend you make the trip - you won't regret it!
We drove from Winchester Va to eat at Luigi's it was wroth the drive food was great the people that work there were very nice and didn't rush you next time we're in Clymer we we'll be eating at Luigi's

The only negative thing I would have to say is that Luigi's is 4 hours away from my home. Lol Food and waitstaff were great. I believe our server's name was Chrissy? My family and I were here for IUP graduation and enjoyed it immensely. And we loved the personal touch of having the owner come and talk to us. Keep up the good work!
We wanted to give a BIG thank you for everyone at Luigi's for the wonderful 50th anniversary party for my parents yesterday. The service was impeccable, food was delicious; couldn't have asked for a better night. Give your selves a round of applause. Tutte Bene!!
