Very kind and easy to work with! Communicated very well what exactly was going on and what my options were with my car service. Being a small white woman I have experienced demeaning treatment from other dealers and mechanic places but not here at all. They treated me with respect and kindness and did a great job with my car too.
Today was an eye opener, we went back to Lugoff Toyota to discuss our purchase from late last night. We had some concerns, but when we left today, everything was worked out. Amazing to have such a helpful staff, willing to make the customer happy.

Just had a pleasant experience working with Myranda, Matt & Ralph. I was dreading car shopping & they made it easy and honestly were willing to work with us. If you’re looking for a dealership that listens to you, doesn’t pressure you & really tries their best, worth the drive. PS. The country music is a nice touch too!
Recently bought my car there. Cody and Hannah were very accommodating and went above and beyond in helping me. My first time buying a car at Lugoff Toyota and won’t be the last.
I have bought many cars from this dealership, but no more. I went in for service and NO ONE working there was wearing a mask. They love the green of my money, but have no regard for my health or that of their customers or employees. I will take my business elsewhere.
