Worst customer service ever!!!! We had an appointment to look at a certain used vehicle and was told that it was still there and waiting on us. It was sold!!!!!!! ABSOLUTELY DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!!!
So, when me and my fiancé got a car, they for one, added like 2,000 in fees. Along with an $800 cleaning fee when they didn’t even clean the car. The car broke down 33 days after getting it, and they’re trying to bleed us dry of money, even though we JUST bought this car. They aren’t doing anything to try and help us and now we have a $7,400 paperweight. Thanks Lugoff, never buying from you again!!!! 😡😡😡😡

The saleswoman, Stefanie, was the absolute best service I ever had. I really hate going to a dealership due to the fact that the sales attack you as soon as you step out your vehicle.
