Dr. Williams and his staff always make my dental experience pleasant. The office is family friendly and professional. I highly recommend this facility and all it has to offer.
I had to have an extraction today! Was really nervous going into it. The entire staff treated me like family! They made my trip to the dentist comfortable. If your looking for a dentist look no further. My family and I will definitely be back. Thank you again feeling much better.
Dr. Williams and his staff were very friendly, caring and professional. I was informed throughout my visit of everything that was going on which was quite a bit considering I haven't been to a dentist in years. The work that was done was extensive yet very smooth and painless. We discussed options for further work that needs to be completed and will begin that on my next visit in the near future.
I love every staff member! They are professional & sweet. Having dental work done hasn't always been pleasant for me, but everyone @ Lufkin Family Dental made me feel calm & comfortable. Dr. Williams is an excellent dentist! He explained everything and made sure I was okay throughout each of my procedures. He even made follow up calls to check on me! I am very pleased with my care!

Anytime you have a dental issue he and his staff will make certain you understand just what options you have, as well as the cost, with no pressure on decisions. Your procedures are scheduled quickly and insurance is handled by his staff, again with a full explanation of what is covered. I just left Lufkin Family Dental where I had a positive experience. His professional staff performed my twice yearly teeth cleaning and polishing, and then Dr. Williams visited with me about my dental needs, utilizing the latest technology to show me pictures of my teeth and what needed to be done. I felt very comfortable with the explanations and services provided and would recommend families, children and friends to try Dr. Williams.
Dr Willams and staff were very thoughtful and attentive to my son before, during, and after his wisdom teeth extraction.
