By telling the truth and not trying to get your insurance money after the bill has been paid in advance in full! I paid over $22,000 after 5% discount off a total price of $23,500 for work to be done, and he tried to take my insurance money too! I don't recommend this place! He said I was disrespectful for demanding him to keep his word! I did get the insurance money after I told him he would have to take to my lawyer, but he told me I was disrespectful and now he is not going to be my dentist anymore.
Chipped a tooth around 1pm and by 230pm they had already got me in, tooth crowned, and I was headed out the door. My children also have great experiences when we take them. They’ve been my dentist for over 20yrs and I won’t be going any where else. Thank y’all again

Dr. Williams is very kind and caring and happily and thoroughly answers all of your questions. The entire staff is professional, helpful and friendly. You will not regret choosing this team to take care of your dental needs. Dr. Bates was my dentist for many years and I loved him. I can foresee many good years ahead with Dr. Williams as well. This is one happy patient!
If you are looking for a caring and compassionate Dr and staff...then look no further. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to dental work and after leaving here...I know I have nothing to worry about. You will not find a better office in Lufkin. I would recommend this Dr. and his Staff to anyone who’s looking for a friendly atmosphere and a compassionate Dr. They take the time to listen to your concerns, and make you feel at ease. My daughter truly enjoys it here. �
His hygienist, Meagan is wonderful and Dr. Williams is thorough, friendly, let’s you ask questions, and makes sure you’re pleased with his work before you leave. His staff is friendly, courteous, and super efficient. I had gone to Dr. Bates for so long a time that I was worried about a newbie, but Dr. Williams fits all the criteria. Excellent job, Dr. Bates. Dr. Williams is carrying on your legacy!!!
