This doctor is the absolute best! I recently was having some issues and my regular MD was out of town. One of their locations is super close to my house and so for convenience purposes I told the office I wanted to go to the Brookwood location and was fine seeing “ whoever was there !” He was so kind and very thorough in going through my history. During my labor he had an attitude and even my L&D nurse would have trouble hearing him. After my baby was born, my bp dropped and I was dying. He was no where to be found. 2 nurses called and paged him, but he never answered. He left me there to die. Another Dr stepped in and saved my life. He never apologized. And when I had a check up with a different Dr, he saw me and thinks I didnt see him(but I did), and he walked backwards so he could avoid me. Very great and knowledgeable physician. If I could give him ten stars I would. He showed compassion during my whole labor and delivery. The staff are also such wonderful people, ensuring that I was comfortable during my whole pregnancy journey. Wonderful individuals and thank you guys for all that you have done for me and my son
Dr. Francillon is exceptional! I saw two different Dr. at Henderson and Walton who dismissed me completely although gave me treatment for Lichen sclerosus, never telling me anything about the disease. Dr. Francillion and his NP took the time to talk to me and try different creams before doing a biopsy for lichen sclerosus, which came back as positive, without his concern and taking the time to preform the task, I would have probably continued to be dismissed.
