Outstanding doctor. Listens well; no rushing; performs very thorough exam, exploring the medical issue from many angles, so you feel confident that nothing is overlooked. The front desk staff is very friendly and attentive. In my case, a wait time of 1 minute. A 5 star experience.

Dr. Ludwig is a master in the field of Neurology. He’s also a professor at UCLA, so he continues to stay abreast of everything new that may be breaking. The staff is always, and without fail, extremely welcoming-and ready to help with whatever you may need. Again, 5 starts all the way!

I found Dr. Ludwig by looking at his reviews because I had an extremely negative experience with the first neurologist that I saw for my neuropathy. I found scheduling an appointment to be easy, his staff is friendly and helpful, and he is the ultimate in terms of expertise and professionalism. We talked about my previous experience. Dr. Ludwig took his time to assess my problem as well as to perform some tests. He patiently answered all my questions and made sure I understand the cause of the issue. The office stuff is very friendly. The waiting time to see the doctor was only 5 minutes.

My experience with Dr. Ludwig could not have been any better. He was very knowledgeable, thorough, and took his time assessing my issue. He recommended and prescribed me a new medicine that has done an incredible job. 5 stars for certain!

Unfortunately I never made it to him because his front desk first impression on the phone is horrifying. I called to try and asked to make a new appointment as new patient. The post polio organization sent me his name as one of the doctors who was familiar with polio and post polio issues. I live in San Diego so just wanted to confirm Dr Ludwig was familiar with polio and the response from the desk person said no he wasn’t and in a very irritated way and zero help. I have been a patient of Dr. Ludwig Barry for 14 years. He’s very knowledgeable and has cured me of many health issues. He is a compassionate doctor and takes his time during appointments. I have recommended family and friends to him and he’s always treated them with quality care. I highly recommend him to everyone. He’s a wonderful physician!
