I recently tried Reiki with Lucy and loved the experience. It was my first Reiki session and I didn't know what to expect but Lucy made me feel comfortable and explained everything really well. It was very relaxing and insightful. I will definitely be going back.
HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! I have always had sleep + anxiety problems and the pandemic has made it worst. Going on 2 months of sleep deprivation - less than 4 hours in a 24 hour cycle. Booked an appointment with Lucy. The environment at C'est La Vie was very relaxing and Lucy made it even more comfortable. I started feeling tension free as soon as she started. Had a wonderful Reiki session with Lucy. I felt totally relaxed and peaceful after. Her healing energy is strong and I could feel it as she worked through all my chakras. I highly recommend Reiki for anyone who feels blocked and stressed and needs a helping hand.
I’ve been seeing Lucy for a number of years and she is amazing. I’ve had issues with my circulation (Raynauds) for a long time as well as stress and after a series of treatments my symptoms have decreased. She is very knowledgeable, creates a relaxing environment and gives the best treatments.
