I've been using Lucky's Auto Repair service for several years and I've referred many friends to Lucky's as well. I used to work on my own cars, so I know what parts cost and what is reasonable for labor. Lucky's has got to be the most honest and reasonable service that I've ever seen yet! Casey (lead mechanic) will keep you informed on what he finds and then give recommendations on a cost effective repair. They have loaner cars too, to keep you on the road until you get your own vehicle back.

Your receptionist is AWFUL. Beyond rude! Short on the phone, cut me off from speaking, and then hung up on me as soon as I finished giving my phone number! It's time for someone to retire!
