I had a dental appointment scheduled for 1:00 PM and arrived 5 minutes late. Unfortunately, the staff denied my visit and asked me to reschedule. I understand that schedules are important, but a 5-minute delay seems like a small window, especially when patients often wait beyond their appointment time. I was disappointed by the lack of flexibility and understanding. I hope the clinic considers being more accommodating in the future.

Dr. Z and staff are on top of it! Scheduling; insurance etc. they’re all nice and knowledgeable. Dr. Z is a cool, chill guy and smart. He questions me to get an assessment to understand what’s going on and will explain causes, preventatives and answer questions to where I can understand because I am not a dentist haha. He’s conveniently located behind my neighborhood and there isn’t high traffic in the shopping center which is a plus for me. I can't say enough good things about this dental office! They went above and beyond for my two children when we really needed help. My son had an upcoming ortho appointment and urgently needed dental work beforehand. Even though the office was closed, they opened just to accommodate us, which I’ll never forget. The team is incredibly good. They did a great job with the cleaning-very patient and thorough. Fantastic first visit with this practice!!
