Lucky Penny Cycle is the place to go to get a good used motorcycle. The staff was awesome to work with. No high pressure selling and they will answer all questions you have. The inventory is great that they have too. Give Lucky Penny Cycle a hard look, it is well worth it.
I bought my 06 Harley Road King from them yesterday. I received the best customer service. There was a buckle broken on the saddle bag and instead of them saying it is a used bike, they REPLACED both bags!! I am very grateful Mr. Jackson was my salesman. I will recommend Lucky Penny Cycles to everyone I know. This place works with you on every aspect of buying process.
We went to Lucky Penny about 6 months ago, just looking around. We were there for about an hour just talking to Matt and a couple of the other guys there. Went in with my wife as she was trading up. We had been in months ago. Lot of the same guys were there. Last place I bought a bike I called the Monday after and the guy was already gone. They remembered us, and showed us a lot of great bikes. The ones they showed were appropriate for a step bike. Will go back again for my next scoot.
I purchased a bike from here last week, and it was a very good experience. I talked to Seth, and he was extremely helpful and made sure I was satisfied with my purchase. He was very knowledgeable and genuinely cared, they were not pushy at all and were very up front about everything. 10/10 would recommend and will be going back!
