Highly recommend these guys. Matt and Dirk made this purchase the easiest I have ever experienced. Rode out of there with a 2014 Ultra Limited in about two hours with a trade in. I decided to have a look at Lucky Penny after a friend made a purchase that he was happy with (his is a beautiful bike). I looked at several bikes on-line and knew going in what I wanted to see. My friend introduced me to Michael who set up my test-rides, provided good information about the bikes, and answered my questions without any pressure to make a purchase. I found a bike online, which had all the info and pics that you would ever need. Applied Sunday night, received a call back by 10 am Monday and approved by Tuesday after I submitted all the info they needed. Picked up the bike on Saturday, drove over 250 miles to get it and it was well worth the trip! Great people to work with, very helpful and made us feel very comfortable. Made our dream come true! Would recommend this place to everyone!!!!
