I have been going here for about a year or so off and on. Today was the first time I went back in a couple of months. When I went I was immediately greeted by a new nail technician. After she started my normal manicure she shortly cut me to where I was bleeding. I know accidents happen, but instead of addressing it she used GLUE that's used to put fake nails on to stop the bleeding. This is absolutely disgusting. Amazing service. Super friendly staff. They remember everyone! I made the mistake of going elsewhere last week on my lunch for a simple fill, which was done horribly. I stopped in tonight to try and salvage it, and the woman who helped me did an incredible job. We ended up having to remove the nails and start over, but she took her time and made my new set look perfect. The result was a perfect manicure that could possibly pass for natural nails. I'll never make the mistake of going elsewhere again.
