.... I was under no pressure at all and they even picked me up from Midway airport at their expense. Ovewrall, I rate them a 5 out of 5 for just being friendly and most importantly, having what I want and describing the vehicle exactly as it appeared in person. Because I flew in to pick up with a one-way ticket, an accurate and honest description of any vehicle is key! These guys did just that.
I came into the dealership looking at a used Mercedes G55 and possibly a Porsche Cayenne. Lucky motors had an amazing selection for both. I was very pleased with Roman Tylka, my salesman. He knew his inventory and was super polite and not the usual used car salesman. We drove multiple vehicles until I was satisfied with the RIGHT ONE. I saw the listing on the internet and called dealership. Roman did a great job of returning our inquirer quickly and efficiently. Essentially trading in our Range Rover for a Mercedes with a couple of phone calls. Had excellent knowledge of many vehicles/models and would definitely work with him again. Love our new G class SUV!
