Sold my daughter a car with an extended warranty. The check engine light came on during the drive home. She called right away and they told her whatever it was would be covered by the warranty. Took it to a dealer and it is not covered and it is a $7500 repair. I work in the legal field and have already reached out to an attorney.
Do not do business with this dealership. Went to buy this CLS550 twice. Drove an hour one way twice. Car was gone both times. Even though I called and talked to Chris and confirmed my appointment. I was paying cash. Had check in hand for price + TTL agreed upon. They jacked the price up $1000 the next day with no notice. When I showed up Friday and today car was at shop or detail shop and wasn’t available when it was available as I was on the way there. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this dealer. Shady practices. I got a Infiniti qx56 from there had it 1 day engine light came on Talk to Chris the owner about it said they wld chk it out to fix it They didn't fix the car has the wrg battery in it and it needs both catalytic converters replaced..$3900 easy plus it needs a tune up..HE'S A HORRIBLE PERSON AND KNOWS NOTHING ABOUT CARS..I HOPE HE GO PLAY IN TRAFFIC!
Terrible customers service and no one will return calls to fix the problem! Do not buy from here unless you can go through the car with a fine tooth comb. Chris is a liar and does not care about customer satisfaction!
