My 2019 RG was stolen in September. I stopped in the dealership and was looking for a replacement bike. The entire staff were so sympathetic to my situation. They really made me feel welcome. After talking with Hayden I found the perfect replacement bike. Everyone at the dealership were so easy to talk with and to work with. The absolute best experience I have had at any dealership ever!
As soon as we walked in we were greeted like family. wasnt even sure we were purchasing a bike yet. Ryan the general manager took time out and showed us the whole shop, than he handed the reigns over to Nick and Jason. I can tell you there was no pressure on buying the bike. Jason even said when we were talking payments, even if you dont buy Brian we became friends. Nick and Jason worked their butts off for me and I will never buy a bike from any other dealer. the staff were all accommodating and kept me busy while I was waiting for my 5K tune up and oil change on my 2017 Ultra and they actually got me interested in a Road Glide I might be trading up
