excellent customer service and working with them is pretty simple and straight forward. hit deer back in Oct had them fix the bike and when I got it back noticed front fairing wasn't correct so took it back and issued is now corrected and there keeping her free of charge til weather gets nice enough too pick her up. 👍👍 too the service department
Took the trike in for service and there service department have great associates working for them. Very friendly and knowledgeable. So glad we bought our trike from Fort Wayne Harley.

My fiancé daughter and I came in to just look and somehow we left with a 2020 ultra limited!!! Hayden, Brian and Chris worked passed closing to get a deal that worked for everyone and they were not pushy at all. Everyone was very intrigued with my daughters unicorn hat with moving ears. They found out that it had fallen in the toilet and without hesitation, they decided to buy her another one and ship it to the house. Y’all are some awesome people and go above and beyond thank you for everything again!!
