The customer service here is horrible. My husband and I stopped in a few months ago for his 40th birthday and we were treated horribly by the salesman. Every question we asked, he responded with an attitude and no real answers like we were wasting his time. Our plan was to purchase a new bike for my husband, as he has an older model and then possibly one for myself, but we were so put off by the rudeness of this salesman, we didn’t feel like giving you our business. We walked into Fort Wayne HD to only get a poker chip, a T-shirt and a dealer pin...stayed all day and bought a new street glide! Charley and Marcus you are the bomb of FWHD!!! You guys along with everyone at the dealership where amazing and treated Jim and I as a family member!! Kuddos to you all and we are thrilled we stopped.
I will never get a bike from them or service my friend took his bike there to get service and change tire on Friday for a long trip Saturday he show up at my house at 5:30 am and he complain about a notice in the front I look at it but it was still dark outside do we left and I am from Ashley we got to Indianapolis got out from the bike he still complains about the noice so I look at the front the was 3 loose bolt on his caliper and 1 was gone that could cost us a bid accident or even death thank god i have tools on my bike ... read more
7/6/18... we broke down 10 miles from dealership and from the minute we entered the dealership they were exceptional!!!! Everyone was very helpful, courteous and overall outstanding. A few hours later they had our bike fixed and we were back on the road! Thanks again for everything.
Dean shepherd is a amazing guy to deal with... and the service and parts dept guys were a big help and made things easy!! I will be returning to this store more often!

I’ve been buying Harley’s from this location all the way back to Jim Bailey. The new ownership and management under the Harley Davidson of Fort Wayne is by far the best. It’s always a good experience at HDFW. Even when something doesn’t go exactly to plan, they always try to make it right. A lot of people who say they don’t like this dealership are probably referring to the previous owners, or one experience during the growing pains the current management team has worked through.
