I just walked the showroom for 20 mins with a pocket full of money. Was going to buy a few hundred dollars of accessories. Not once did an employee establish eye contact or offer to assist. Needless to say I left. Onward to Brandts.

My wife and I took the riding course and Trint & Amy were amazing coaches. If anyone is considering it, I would definitely recommend it.
We got our helmets here and extra lights for our bike. Everyone was friendly! Great service! We will be back.
Was promptly asked if we were finding everything alright but after that staff was bit shady
Went in with a disabled veteran to look for a helmet, asked for assistance from 2 employees and had no response. On top of that had at least 8 employees pass by us with no acknowledgment.
