Today was my first experience at Luck Goat, and unfortunately, I was not greeted upon arrival and did not have a pleasant ordering experience. I was unsure about the sizing options for the iced drinks and did not receive helpful or friendly guidance. Additionally, I ordered an iced matcha with brown sugar cold foam and did not receive the correct drink. Sadly, due to the poor customer service and incorrect order, I will not be returning to this location.

Food and drinks are AMAZING. If you want to sit down and eat, seating is a little hard

Not impressed? Price is high. Staff was kind of snooty and into themselves. I had questions, and I was only answered with more questions. It would be nice if they knew their coffee a little better.
