Yesterday, the guy who answered the phone around 10am was rude and seemed frustrated - just what a customer with a broken down car needs! He rushed me off the phone and hung up because “he had other callers coming in” and said he was dispatching, and would get someone to call me and quickly hung up. Word of advice - if you’re dispatching and the purpose of your job is to transfer your call to the drivers, maybe make it clear & start with your intentions - rather than being impatient, as I talk and ask about what to do- and r... read more
