If I could give Lucky Brand negative stars I would. I bought a pair of jeans from them that were $152 dollars so I expected high quality. That's not what I got. Shortly after I purchased them they completely ripped along one seam and they were not too tight they just literally fell apart. I contacted them and they were very nice and said they would send me a replacement pair. If you hate yourself, shop Lucky Brand. I was given a Gift Card worth $75 last year and I finally used it recently. I ordered online because I didn't find anything in the local store. I kept items worth $110 and returned other items so I should be able to use my $75 Gift Card towards those items, right? WRONG. I was given $75 of my return back on a Gift Card and the rest on my credit card. They said that's there policy and won't budge. This is a bad business practice. Terrible.
