I have been chasing Lucky Brand for nearly a month trying to get a refund for a leather jacket I had purchased and returned. I even sent photo proof of the tracking labels and screenshot of proof of delivery. Every time I contact the company, I get a different support rep who tells me the same thing the previous rep did: that the refund was processed and I should expect the credit back on my credit card in 14 business days total (and that's on the high end of the different estimates I've received). If I could give their online store a zero, I would. I bought a pair of jeans during the black Friday sale using a gift card. The order was cancelled by them a day later, and the reason was stated to be that they were out of that pair of jeans. The website said they were still in stock. And so began the attempt to get my money back. They told me a gift card was sent in the mail and was delivered. I never received a tracking number or card. This seems to be a frequent occurrence with Lucky Brand lately. I have purchased items with expedited shipping online in order to get the items before Christmas Eve. I have already ordered one of these items in the past but they were backordered and the order was cancelled. I did receive a discount for a future purchase and decided to use it for that same item yesterday. Can't get them to do anything right. Online catalog mixes up colors on item description causing wrong colored item to be sent out. Customer Service seems to be incapable of correcting no matter how many times I try.

Second horrendous experience and I barely received an apology. If I could give Lucky Brand negative starts I would. See email I sent below: Ah update, so I just spoke to a customer service rep on the phone. Not only did it take 20 minutes to get my point across, but I was told there was nothing she could do and put on hold. I ordered a shirt online through an emailed ad via iPhone and after correcting address on my ApplePay at checkout it still listed my old address once I completed the order. I spent 35 min on phone with customer service last night who never made any changes and her direction was to "call back tomorrow and someone else may be able to change the address" I called back this morning and the customer service rep said that the change had to be made by the carrier since a label was already generated . I placed an order using holiday sales pricing. When I did not receive the order I emailed them. They said there was a problem with processing the order. They stated "If you wish to place a new order, you may do so through our website, or by contacting us at the number below. We will be more than happy to honor the originally (sic) pricing from your order." I purchased a pair of jeans that wore out in less than 2 months. I contacted the corporate office and was told they would not replace my jeans or refund my money. They offered a 25% coupon that when I entered it in to the online order system increased the price. I called again and the corporate office told me there was nothing else they could do.
