I booked an appointment almost 2 months ago, paid in full. Showed up today and I'm no where on the schedule even though I was told I'd get put down and was good to go. I drove 3 hours for no reason and then was charged 17 dollars for a refund because THEY made a mistake. I'm sure they do amazing work but they need to take the time to actually read the messages you send them as it couldnt have been more plain. I wish I could post the screen shots. I just had a tattoo done by Brook and she is amazing. The shop is so amazing and they are all down to earth! If you want a tattoo don’t even think twice about going to Lucky Bella!! I will go here for any more tattoos I want!!!
