First time customer and had a lovely experience! I was greeted right away and attended to within minutes. My nail tech Via listened and my gel French came out just as I asked. Via was also very friendly and calm. The place is clean, and spacious with a peaceful environment. Prices are same as competitors. The techs also give a Free 2 minute shoulder massage. I highly recommend and will return!!

My nail tech seemed like he wanted me out the door the minute I sat down. He was rushing the service. My nail polish came out incredible uneven and lumpy. My nails were trimmed badly. Everything was halfhearted at best. And I’d be surprised if he didn’t notice how his work was coming out. My toes were okay—just okay. Equally badly trimmed but at least they weren’t lumpy. I spent $95 of expect something a little better. Honestly, I wish I just did my nails myself.

I love this place! I go and see leah everytime. She takes her time and is very good at what she does. I was in there today and gave her an inspired picture of what I want my nails to look like for Disney and I will post below. She did such a good job. I highly recommend her.

I was in Warwick running errands and decided to finally try Luckin Nails. So glad I did. I only went in for a simple gel manicure, but the technician was really patient with me when I kept changing my mind about the color. My nails came out so pretty and I’ve already been getting compliments on them.

Edit: The owner did do right and fixed the nails for her they are now okay, not great but better than they were and he refunded the money. He was very kind and helpful. I however can still only add 1 star to my previous review and wish them luck. Walked in with the yellow nails left with the pink duck bill things… they were rude rushed and if you cannot do nails do NOT do them…. EXPENSIVE for terrible nails.. run don’t walk to any other salon… I think my 6yr old niece could do a better job!
