First time customer and had a lovely experience! I was greeted right away and attended to within minutes. My nail tech Via listened and my gel French came out just as I asked. Via was also very friendly and calm. The place is clean, and spacious with a peaceful environment. Prices are same as competitors. The techs also give a Free 2 minute shoulder massage. I highly recommend and will return!!

I love this place! I go and see leah everytime. She takes her time and is very good at what she does. I was in there today and gave her an inspired picture of what I want my nails to look like for Disney and I will post below. She did such a good job. I highly recommend her.

Absolutely unacceptable and extremely unprofessional. My wife called ahead and specifically scheduled five manicures—one for herself and four for our children. When we arrived for our appointment, they claimed they only had two manicures on the schedule because that’s “all they heard” over the phone. Instead of taking responsibility for their mistake or trying to accommodate us, they simply said everyone was busy. After having short nails most of my life I decided to treat myself. I chose Luckin Nails due to their great reviews here, and I'm so glad I did. Amy was so articulate, making my nails exactly like I wanted with tips added, not too long, and squared off. I could not be happier. I was in and out of there in a little over an hour and they came out perfect! The price was very reasonable also. Less than I expected to pay for a full set of nails. I will be a regular customer now 😊

I started coming here after they bought and took over Love Nails, which used to be my favorite nail salon. The style of manicure and pedicure is no longer the same, and they do not have the steamer, but I kept going because the owners and the techs were nice and I wanted to support the business. Unfortunately, my last experience left me disappointed. I walked in one day when they were unexpectedly busy. One of the owners asked what I needed done and then asked me to come back in an hour.
