I went to Luckie's Tavern for Frozen Harbor music fest. I was asked to remove my hat. I was wearing a stocking cap because it was 35 degrees out. I informed him it was too cold to remove my hat, he insisted I remove it so I decided I would just leave. I noticed on the way out that several patrons had hats on and were not being asked to remove them (this was a Saturday night & the place was packed).
