We bought a $4000 king size motion bed. After using it for a few weeks the top layer of the mattress separated from the rest of the mattress. We had them come out to "inspect" and they said "we misused the mattress" by getting out of the bed without making it flat first. I am ill. I use put up the back to help me get out of bed. Well Christina did you know it actually takes a month or longer for you body to adjust to a new mattress, so to say you slept on it just one night and you didn't like it, is very foolish. I highly recommend Luckies Furniture EVERYONE. Family owned and operated, great people, and a very knowledgeable staff who know more than the people at rooms to go. The worst customer service ever at Luckies furniture in Biloxi. I was told I could try a mattress for thirty days and if I didn't it I could return i. Put my order in on November 24 for a mattress box spring and beautiful metal frame. A week past nothing Friday I called to see when my bed was coming in, she said Monday. I said ok at 5 pm Monday I called back she said they would deliver Tuesday, but the metal frame was not in. I was so mad after waiting two weeks for my bed. Trying to "show the love" but got none for this store, I'm too much of a lady to type here what I truly want to. The sale was pushed on me and I could not afford the item, I was not prepared for how quickly they forgot all the verbal agreements. My only idea for how they could improve is to close the store or fire all the salesman and start over.
