The staff was great! I love Sarah! I was disappointed at check out because I was quoted $200 per treatment and was charged $250. When I asked what the additional $50 was for, the receptionist didn't know.
Made an appointment for an urgent medical need. Informed them I was on straight Medi-Cal, the practice waited until the day of my appointment to inform me that they don't take straight Medi-Cal. Essentially wasting two weeks of my life dealing with constant pain and irritation. Thanks for that.

I went to see Dr. Hemperly for diagnosis and treatment of a skin irritation on my back. He misdiagnosed the condition and did not provide appropriate treatment. He did, however, perform 2 unnecessary biopsies on my left arm, which left 2 deep scars. I have since sought treatment from a more reputable dermatologist, who provided appropriate treatment. I made an appointment with Dr. Broska for an annual exam. I was given a superficial exam, about 5 minutes, by a PA who did not address some of my skin issues. She did not identify herself as a PA. Never saw the doctor. I am complaining to my insurance provider and the doctor.
