Love this gym so much that I joined!Love all the different classes! Thanks to kim Harner for getting me in there!!
Very clean unintimidating atmosphere. Women only and not just the super perfect bodies. All types of women in all stages of their health journey. Classes are amazing and lots of variety. Challenging, but not so complicated that the average person can't keep up. Having childcare is a plus for a stay at home mommy. And the monthly fee is very affordable. Great value for what you get.
I'm starting to work out again after years of not taking care of myself. The staff are very welcoming and easy to talk to. I love going to a gym that supports women in being their best selves.
