ALways have felt more comfortable in an "All Ladies Gym", it's a little small, and i would love it even more if they had a whirlpool or hot tub & a shower room....(have knee muscle issues), but over all, not bad. Had a great workout with my team mates.
Everything about this place is amazing! Great people and instructors, classes are fun, and the atmosphere is safe and welcoming.

Awesome environment!! I have attended a few Zumba events here and the instructors are amazing and the front desk are so helpful and polite! Definitely make me feel welcome each time I come in!
