This is my favorite place to workout...This location is CLEAN, it has GREAT instructors and FABULOUS staff. The classes are very cool and varied...Can you say Belly Dancing?!!!! Love this place...#dabomb
You well definitely break a sweat in all classes! Love Lesa's step, Ria's zumba, and anything Maggie, Michelle, and Charmaine!!!
Love the Saturday Step class @ 9:30am... However, I really wish there was a complimentary Sunday 9:30am class, so I can keep the momentum!!
