Trying to cancel your membership is a nightmare! I canceled my membership in December, went in personally and filled out the necessary paperwork, they have continually charged me for monthly membership as well as personal training sessions since I have canceled. They don’t return emails or phone calls, the manager is never around to speak to you. DO NOT JOIN...you can never leave 🙄

Being a member of Lucille Roberts for 8.5 yrs., I am VERY glad that we have one "all women's" gym on Long Island and within driving distance from my home. Our equipment may not be the best, most up to date there is, but it works for my needs and most importantly - the atmosphere is friendly and the gym itself is pretty quiet.
