I ordered the St. Charles Grouper Plate. It had a nice presentation, but i had to add a lot of salt and pepper to make it palatable. The pecans were bland as well. The staff seemed "standoffish" or unfriendly (not rude - just very bland like the food) and not happy to be serving us. Food came out slow for the crowd. For the price.. I was very disappointed. Get an order of the fried oysters and a beer and call it a win!
The staff was so friendly and engaging. The owner, Joe, has to be the best chef in Tallahassee. Everything was indescribably delicious, and this is my new favorite restaurant!
Excellent food, service, atmosphere and all together experience every time. Chef Joe is a legend and his art & vision shine through his team, flavors & presentation. Not enough stars in the sky to give for this recommendation!
