Snarky with a side of questionable integrity. Gina was the seller's agent and I was the buyer. Her seller accepted and signed an off-market above-asking offer. Gina listed it on the MLS for approximately 48 hrs as ACTIVE. She tried every loophole to get out of the contract her customer signed. I assume it was because she got an offer for more $$$.
