Can't test drive a Lucid in Washington State. While visiting Miami decided to test drive there. Highest praise for Jonathan. He knew my schedule and made everything I requested happen within that window. He explained the technology and the process, allowed me to drive it all i needed. And arranged a seamless delivery to me in Seattle. If you are considering an EV-- please do yourself a favor and talk to Jonathan.
They don’t have the slightest clue how to properly handle trade ins. I’m out $10,000 for 30 days for no reason while the Lucid store in West Palm confirmed that this one in Miami did the wrong process. Drive further and save yourself the headache.
I have had my Lucid Air Touring (sticker price about $100k) for over six months now. About 30 days ago I was on the highway and got a flat going highway speeds. Only option was the Lucid delayed. Anyway, the original “estimate” when the car came in was around $1200. Then the next day it jumped to over $6,000. Lucid has kept my car hostage for almost a month while my insurance company investigates their outrageous $300/ hour labor charges to change a tire, a rim, a couple of a sensors and cheap plastic undercarriage cover tha... read more
