I went it to get my hair colored and trimmed. I decided to go a little darker. Amber is who helped me, and has done my hair several times. I explained to Amber that I had an interview later that day, and that I couldn’t get any dye on my face. Amber went above and beyond to make sure i looked good for my interview. I love Lucid! Paula, Carissa and Amber have been awesome! Amber made me feel beautiful when I felt like a fat blob during my pregnancy and gave me a gorgeous "Mommy Makeover"after my son was born. Nothing better than a great pampering in a wonderful atmosphere.
Walked in to try to make an appointment for a wax. Was asked to wait. The people after me were taken care of and three phone calls were taken care of but apparently the gal at the counter thought I was not worth waiting on. Tried calling before I drove there but the phone was busy and I never got through. Customers don't seem very important unless maybe you're already established. I'm not sure what the deal is. Very unfortunate since it is so close to my work.

We are so sorry you had an unpleasant experience. We do encounter some very busy spots during the day, but that is no excuse to cause you to feel anything less than a valued client. Our receptionists do try to acknowledge everyone as they enter, and address all their needs. A manager will be in touch with you, and we do thank you for your feedback.
This is my favorite spot to be. It's relaxing and calming, if I could go once a week I would.� I have been seeing Niki for 7+years now, won't go anywhere else. Love my hair, love their products, most importantly love the way I feel after leaving my appointment.
My entire family has our hair done at Lucid. We absolutely love it and all of the stylists! Paula, Danielle, Lauren, and Amber come very highly recommended. Not only are we always so pleased with our hair after an appointment, but they make us feel so special and each visit is a fun experience. I wouldn't go anywhere else! �
If you are looking for a great pedicure, this is the place and Holly is the best! Foot soak in a copper tub (no unsanitary jets to worry about), mask and scrub with great smelling products and all around cool atmosphere.
