I had such a wonderful experience here! The staff is incredibly kind, and the office is clean, modern, and welcoming. I usually feel nervous going to the dentist, but Dr. Chiu immediately made me feel comfortable and at ease. He explains everything clearly, and takes the time to answer questions without making you feel rushed. Most importantly, he is honest and recommends only what you genuinely need. Had an amazing experience with Dr Chiu! I’ve had many other dentists in the past but he has definitely been the best one. Not only is he extremely knowledgeable and patient in answering all my questions, but he is also very transparent in informing me about my dental health and what needs to be treated. He showed me detailed images of areas of my teeth that needed intervention through a TV screen and taught me a lot about how I can take better care of my teeth and gums. I decided to give this dental office a try because of all the amazing reviews and I'm so glad I did! They're absolutely true! Dr. Chiu was so kind and understanding of my dental anxiety. He walked me through everything, made me feel completely at ease and only recommended what I actually needed. Turns out I had one tiny cavity which I guess all those boba runs finally caught up with me :( I really appreciated that he didn't try to upsell me on unnecessary treatments.
