We had 2 consultations with Lucid Black, sent through our details and ID, signed a privacy document and were then basically ghosted after multiple follows and have still not heard back. A very unfortunate experience as we’ve unfortunately missed out on properties we loved as a result.
Was referred to Derren from Lucid Black for a refinance of existing mortgages. In the beginning they said all the positive stuff - fake just draw you in. Once I sent all my personal details and finances, which they again responded positively, they simply ghosted me and ignored all contact. They didn't answer the phone, email or text. A real security concern considering they had all my financial details. Had to put extra security on my accounts for safety. Still several weeks later - no idea what happened. Lucid Black very professional and lovely people to liaise with, however there were communication issues in the beginning, which for a first home builder who is in no way familiar with the whole process was very stressful. My valuation was delayed for months and while this is not Lucid's fault, multiple calls and texts asking for an update went unanswered for weeks. I feel they could have improved by just keeping me in the loop and this would have alleviated a lot of stress and worry. A Teams meeting did address these concern... read more
