There is no communication in this store. Scheduled a 2nd appointment for my daughter's prom dress to be done and picked up today from alterations. When I scheduled the appointment I was promised it would be ready for pick up today. Needless to say the dress was NOT ready and would not even be done in time for prom. When we arrived the dress had not even been hemmed at all from last fitting. There's an obvious customer service problem.
