First off the owner is rude !! Told my niece she needed to lose some weight , she had already purchased the dress there and needed the straps altered ! Now they are stuck with a dress because of the no return no exchange policy ! My niece is traumatized and mortified! And as her aunt I am livid that this woman had such an effect on this young girl ! Horrible horrible customer service!! They order your dress 2-4 times bigger than the size your really need!!
What kind of place would not refund a girls prom dress after prom has been canceled at no fault of the girls. This is a government issue. People are dying and being asked to stay at home. Every event in the USA has been canceled and you are more worried about the all mighty dollar than the effects this has on the world. You are a class A act. I hope you go out of business and no one ever orders from you again.
Traveled from North Carolina and decided to visit Lucia’s because someone had told me they still had some cheap wedding dresses available. My mother, sister, and I walked in and there was no one around, fine they may be busy, so we went ahead and decided to have a look around. Well Lucia’s just proved once again what a HORRIBLE BUSINESS that they are!!!!! They refuse to give refunds. Even on a dress that had a deposit but was NEVER ordered! PLEASE consider another dress shop for your needs. Save yourself the pain and stress.
You people are so unprofessional. Threatening to take legal action on a girls mother who paid a deposit on a dress and YOU SAY they “have to buy the dress now” EVEN THOUGH IT WAS NOT ORDERED. Absolutely rude. No customer should be THREATENED. You shouldn’t even be open you’re non-essential and they canceled high school proms. You’re just trying to keep yourself in business so you threaten people so they’ll buy the dress. RIDICULOUS. Take your money elsewhere. These people are RUDE.
