Had my wedding dress altered and she did an amazing job! It was a lot to do and she was so sweet and patient w me to make it happen! My dress was perfect. I would trust her to fix anything anyone would need like this! She’s an awesome women and the store was great to work with through the whole process! There is no communication in this store. Scheduled a 2nd appointment for my daughter's prom dress to be done and picked up today from alterations. When I scheduled the appointment I was promised it would be ready for pick up today. Needless to say the dress was NOT ready and would not even be done in time for prom. When we arrived the dress had not even been hemmed at all from last fitting. There's an obvious customer service problem.
