Dr. Diaz is probably one of the most hard working, dedicated, compassionate doctors I’ve ever seen. I’ve seen a lot. She goes above and beyond any expectations I ever had. She has set the bar so high. I travel 6 hrs to see her. We don’t have a pediatric dermatologist where I live. If we ever got one I would still make the drive. She’s one in a million. We are blessed to be in her care.
Dr. Diaz is always so attentive and caring. She takes her time to listen and answer any question we have.
Dr. Diaz is personable and thorough. She made all of my kids feel comfortable and able to voice their concerns on their own. She provides education, options, and excellent care! Thank you!
Dr. Diaz is great. She has a wonderful manner with her patients and their parents. She offers Telehealth visits for follow ups. Highly recommend.
My child is having a hard time with her condition and the entire staff has gone above and beyond to help us. I can’t say enough about well they did with her treatment.
Can’t stand how disrespectful and inconsiderate this doctor and this office staff is. They hound to fill out information over and over, they speak to you with disdain, and, worst of all - they remind you over and over that if you’re not there within a certain amount of time, that you’ll be penalized - but they have no problem making you sit there and wait for an hour. Had seen the regular dermatologist for my son and was misdiagnosed. We were referred to her for a confirmation. We are so grateful and she gave us a lot of detail and information.
My son and I were really happy. She took plenty of time to discuss all options with us. We never felt rushed and were seen on time.
