Lucia is a wonderful realtor and person! My husband and I bought our first home with Lucia in 2019 and she made the process so easy and painless. Any questions we had, she answered with kindness and honesty and helped guide us to make the best decision for our family. Being a first time home buyer was nerve racking, but we felt confident with Lucia on our side. We hope to move in the near future and will definitely be using Lucia again!
I used her to try to sell a house. Personally I liked her very much. However she was terrible with answering my texts and also was ignoring the texts from real estate agents who had clients interested in the house. I had nothing against her still whenever I ask to get out of the contract after sales fell through but she showed her true colors after I did that by acting very unprofessional. My advice to you is ignore the Billboards and do some research on your next Real Estate agent.
I cannot recommend Lucia enough! She helped me navigate the process of a new build with so much expertise.
