I love this salon
My nail tech was really rude. Kept scratching my hand to get my attention instead of kindly saying “excuse me”. He also made my nails so thin and one of them broke immediately after. These are my real nails too. Very disappointed.
My first time coming here and the placed looks nice, but service was not the best. Emma did my nails and cut me with the nail file. It doesnt look like much but it hurts really bad. I got a gel X and the french tips are messy, crooked, and overall doesn't look sharp. There were also pieces of lint stuck in the polish. After I paid, i looked at it in the sunlight and saw that the nails have sooo many air bubbles and the surface was bumpy and not smooth. The details and atmosphere of the salon is nice. However, do not let Henry touch your nails. I have had to come back to the salon within 3 days of my nails being applied to get them re-done and touched up. I have never experienced such bad nail application in my life. No acrylics/ gel x nails should be falling off after 3 days. Not to mention the nail file always a flies out of his hand when he’s filing. He rushes you out his chair for bad service. NEVER AGAIN.
I love LuChic!! I had an amazing experience with Henry. He was kind, patient, and truly an artist!
