Dave arrived to clean my chimney on a somewhat rainy day, and I wondered if he would be able to do it. The rain let up some, and Dave was able to clean the chimney with no problems. He also took care inside, and carefully laid out drop cloths, and even had boot protectors. Completely cleaned the stove, inside and out. Nice to hire someone who knows what they are doing! I would highly recommend them.

After what was supposed be a two day job turned out to be a five hour job and we were billed what worked out to be $256.00 per hour. The second use of the fireplace resulted in a house full of smoke. Upon calling regarding the smoke, I was told to open a window. The wrong cap, which I told the workers not to install, was put on with NO IN FLUE supports at the top or middle. Tom and Dustin were just here and did an excellent job inspecting my fireplace and chimney for safety and cleaning the whole system. Great work, very nice personnel : ) Thanks so much for giving me the peace of mind that I can have safe cozy fires this winter.
